No idea. The author didn't mention it. We might get to know it in the future. I am translating at about chapter 400 right now and there are hints of maybe a population statistics organiztion to deal with such issues.

Translator Here! Since this is not my own creation I can be somewhat objective about it. The story starts out slow, and even a little boring but it starts to grow on you after 80 or so chapters. The characters aren't your average 2D characters that you see in any other novel. They have depth and are not easy to deal with. MC is neither naïve, nor a saint. he is ruthless when he needs to be. He is cautious and doesn't take unnecessary risks. There isn't a harem, nor any hints of it so far (200 Chapters). I have been told that there MIGHT be Romance but that is far in the future. An I am not too sure about that. So please give it a go and let me know what you think of this story...
