Haa, the way I feel about Mizuhara Ayato-kun—it's not really 'liking' in the traditional way. If I had to explain it, I guess it'd be like a younger sibling wanting the attention of the older one. the protagonist, Riko Yazumora, is an average 13 year old boy who doesn't have friends even though he's popular at school. He doesn't see the need for any. he lives with his mom, and his dad left them when he was young. One day, his mother gave him a strange blue pelt saying "I think you'll like this." and so his adventure began! He found himself registering for the great race. The great race is a battle royal where players must complete quests in order to clear a 100-floor tower. The first 500 players to defeat the final boss at the very top move on to round two. Watch as he clears quests, discovers teamwork, and goes on exiting adventures, as well as finds out the mystery behind the great race.

The adventures of Sika and Riuki

Riuki is a strong cat spirit who has the ability to turn into a human at will, though he keeps his cat antics. Riuki was well liked among his fellow cat spirits and everything was going well for him, until he met Sika. Sika is a strong human who's always been strangely disliked. Everyone around him would find any excuse to hate him. Then, he met Riuki. The one person, or cat, who was able to break his curse through sheer strength. Riuki took a liking to Sika and they've been friends ever since. This is the story of a human and a cat who are both determined to hunt down the sorce of Sika's curse. ______________________________________ please have fun reading this! The synopsis does contain some spoilers, since the story is very slow paced. This is my first slow paced story so bare with me on that.
