The headmaster at the time was Armando Dippet. The fact that Dumbledore stopped him from being sent to Azkaban is a blessing. Because at the end of the day he was still rearing a dangerous creature in Hogwarts. His expulsion was deserved.

Doesn't make what he did less creepy. Especially considering his mental age and his inpure motivations. And yes, an attractive girl creeping into a guys bed isn't as creepy.

There is also no mention Dany's dragons not being able to lay eggs. They probably weren't mature enough.
