A binding vow will only work between two or more individuals if they have cursed energy. Souta is the only one with cursed energy currently. So he can’t make them with anyone from this world.

The way I had it set up, one free chapter came out every Sunday with every subsequent chapter being released when one of my PS goals are met. I may be moving onto a more daily and sustainable update schedule soon.
