maybe my memory or reading comprehension is bad but isn't the reason Sarriel be hiding from those Dao Gods due to her own personality not a matter her own personal power/strength? I don't think it's impossible for other geniuses in the story to be able to pull of similar feats to Ryu if they also are in possession of their own Cheat-like abilities if they were ever to find themselves in direct contention or opposition to Dao Gods (something I don't think will ever happen though since those geniuses aren't as crazy as Ryu to always put themselves in life or death situations) it's also been said multiple times that Ryu isn't the pinnacle of Talent and though I might not be sure what Sarriel's other talents are apart from her eyes and her Racial traits but with the way Awespec's been hyping her up, I'm pretty sure she has a few tricks up her sleeve so it isn't that farfetched nor would it be "Meh" for Ryu to lose this fight in my opinion

I also thought it was a bit too quick and easy for her to trust that shadow mage… I get that she’s supposed to not be in the right headspace due to her mother’s death but cmon… How can Melisa sneak in and kill the queen in her own castle and why hasn’t she even checked about Melisa’s whereabouts on that day, the same day that Shadow Mages attacked 3 houses in the city and yet the Royal Knights haven’t a clue🚶🏽‍♂️

If Sarriel can’t beat someone she has a thousand year advantage on then I’d say that’s way more lackluster…especially when she has an OP Heavenly Pupil of her own and what I’d also assume to be well-rounded cultivation talent unlike Ryu who’s always being split in different directions

Idk about that… Being Shameless at times has gotten worked out for me and some people I know but obviously it wasn’t this dramatic

Are there Elves or Phoenixes or some Spirit Race in the story since if he can use Life and Death Mana in his body, those races might have the best Life Mana Ciculation technique for him?

So Ryu wants to prove to her that he is the best man for her but not because he wants her but only because the thought that whichever man Sarriel chooses that’s not him would, by default, be better than him? Ryu’s ego never fails to amuse me😂😂
