the problem is that she wont talk to her parents and just leave it as it is until their relationship were starting to strain
She would only remain passive on everything and even on Christmas and her birthdays, we couldn't even find out what she wanted or even needed. She would just say "Thank you, Mother/Father" with a slight bow and walk off.
