So far, the novel is great. An interesting and well paced plot. This is definitely a must read novel. My only issue with this novel is the translation quality.

Raw name of the novel?

That was unexpected.

Back on earth and even in imperilment, everyone felt their connection break with their alpha.

That thing should not have happened to victor's wife based on whats written here. When the alpha died, his people all knew that he died. Correct me if I am wrong.

Is this dropped?

This is early to judge a book, but I think your other book 'ROTSDE' is better.

The first chapter of RI as an example. His sect was massacred by the combined force of righteous cultivators to snatch his treasure and was cornered with no way of escaping that situation alive. So he had no choice but to gamble with his life, because even if he did not use the Spring autumn cicada he would have died either way. This made complete sense. The first chapter of your book would have made more sense if he and his clan were massacred by a Rank-6. Or if his clan and another clan were at war for a Rank-6 inheritance. Or if he massacred many people and used their gu to form a new Rank-6 gu and because of this he and his clan was massacred by the righteous cultivators to snatch his treasure or something else.

I am referring to the back story of the protagonist, in the first half of the first chapter. 1) The protagonist, who calculates pros and cons, would not choose to massacre his clan, which is a Rank-5 clan, for a brief moment of feeling 'freedom'. Even more so, when that said person knew that he would die. The risk was just not worth it. 2) The protagonist had numerous choices with his Rank-5 cultivation base. But in the first half of the chapter, the protagonist acted like a bratty middle-aged person who would let the adrenaline get to their head. The protagonist you have portrayed from the latter half of the first chapter would have never done this.

I had read upto episode 17 (As of writing this, it is the latest chapter).The story so far seems great, but my only complaint is the first chapter.The first chapter could have been more better.
