MMA is different in nature from Kungfu though, and the superiority remains conditional, as always. MMA won't be of much use against a cavalry charge, unlike, say, Naginata-jutsu ; and while a 20 y.o. MMA fighter will completely wreak a Taiji Quan grandpa with 70 years or so of practice, the fact is, that old Chinese man can still fight at 80 years old while the MMA guy can't.
The problem with the evolution theory of the Darwins (Charles Darwin got it from his grand-father (who plagiarized Alchemy, as the "soul evolution" is an inner alchemy concept)) is that it is so fake, scientists keep it only because Creationism is the only other alternative, which they consider anti-science. To begin with, Evolutionism is a wrong name, it is inherently based on the Transformism of Lamarck : but how can new organs and functions pop'up out of nowhere, just out of naturalistic will ? How can bacteria evolve eyes and limbs, for example ? So I agree with you... maybe they just have psychological issues preventing them to accept it.
Based Yuanshi Tiānzun.
And despite such high demographics, they still won't bring back Dao names and courtesy names...

Honnestly, I don't understand that cultivation system. Not a master after all, a real expert might have just caught the bottle before smashing it in the face of Ye Fan.
This isn't really how religious Daoism is. What is there in the temple, besides? There should be consecrated space, even without altar : for example, the temple of Han Jue had at least a place for him to sit in meditation.
Why would the Chineses praise a modern sham like krav maga, or the Thai martial art, when they even went so far as having fake Kungfu experts gain fake victories against foreign fighters, in order to (unnecessarily) display the superiority of Chinese ideas and concepts ? Besides, mastery isn't merely about getting the moves right, it is a return to simplicity : this is very visible, for example, in kata performed by Iaidō 8th Dan.
I admit that at first, I thought he was teaching some Qigong. No wonder it doesn't help with anything but the mood...
