A guy with wind manipulation and creation who wants to create a floating city. A guy with water manipulation and sea life communication, created Atlantis now wants to destroy the world for polluting the ocean. A guy who reincarnated as a dragon with lava manipulation living in earth's mantle. A guy with earth manipulation living underground and became the King of golems. He built a massive metal city in the middle of the earth's crust.
