I forget what I said before but, the valkyries after gondul (that are not Sigrun) are comparable to Jogo in terms of strength and cursed energy. Sigrun however, is definitely stronger than all the disaster curses. If Furō didnt have a second wind, obviously he wouldve lost. To add some caveat to your naoya comment, Furo is mostly trying to defend himself against Naoya, as to not interfere with whatever plan yuta has. Furōkawa at this point is physically stronger with a more potent technique, but yuta has more experience and versatility in a fight. i think at this point in the story, the valkyries so far have been a small margin above todo or nanami (whoever you think is the strongest grade 1). furo can tussle with them high difficulty as you see now. he’s relatively close to yuta’s strength as well
