I'm enjoying the story so much. The writing about the 'observation' had both action and mystery involved without saying either! I like how the story is 'shown' without 'telling'. Looking forward to more chapters so I can vote! 😀

I am enjoying this story so much! It's different from the "end of the world" stories with their endless list of supplies to stock and not much action. I love that no zombies are in it at all! Great MFL and MML characters, looking forward to all the action and romance.

I'm sure there's a good reason-- unfortunately the author hasn't explained it well, because I'm still confused why she didn't run away at the beginning or why she's pleading for the terrible family curre ntly?? Also, why did she put up with all the abuse growing up and didn't run away???? As far as I can tell, they don't have any leverage over her other than being her family ????
