i think you forgot that mist people can prolong there life thanks to cultivation and people who wants to have many children's like the mc sure will exist and while i think it's an exaggerated number when you consider that the world they live in is not safe and most mortal will rush to the city for protection it doesn't seem too far off.

i would have preferred if it was someone from our world going to faerun then to the Witcher or mc from earth just going to faerun.
