That's a bit of a complicated question to answer. Not all Vision holders are equal, and I might be wrong, but their main powers stem from their elemental capabilities. Seeing as a number of Vision holders aren't physically strong but can hold significant strength in terms of elemental manipulation. If I were to give an answer though, then he'd definitely be capable of easily going toe to toe with most vision holders in a fight of pure physical prowess.

They're not set in stone, I'm still deciding. I'm open to suggestions though! I want to avoid mainstream characters though, that way I can add some variety to the table compared to other chat groups where we see reoccuring characters.

Finally, this might be a story killer, but the story will be based on Xenoverse 2. This is mainly to avoid lengthy time skips in regards to the Dragon Ball series, such as the time skip between the Cell and Buu sagas. Apologies if that dissatisfied you.
