it never is, but I think I can understand his actions, of he could have left him alive, and risk it, and the outcomes would have been different, maybe he would learn he was actually different from all the description, and he was actually the one wronged, or of course, he may have left him live, and he killed them all, ending MCs life,which in my opinion I think killing him had less risk, than letting a man who could destroy everything he's going to build. I understand the sentiment on wanting him to give him a chance, but I feel death was the realistic option, could have gone either way. also about the visions,I haven't rest past locked chapters, since I think I stopped before even reaching it,so this is NOT a spoiler, but I think the visions, maybe telling him about his past ,the ancestor getting sold ,but I don't think that means his personality would not be in for a question, like of course he did bad things because he had to and grew up hard, and that was the only way to survive, but still, if his personality is really evil even if it's due to the technique, it still stands that ,he is a risk, and him practicing it again, meant that he will eventually again even if MC managed to stop him.
