does he not understand he abandoned her after agreeing to take them just for her to be captured and sold to someone and prolly r***d and as the maid isnt important to them she was probably killed im more surprised she let him have a quick death

i think its because if a child is roaming alone then in other novels they're monstrous geniuses and women because they can call for help and they're planning on attracting a young man usually who wants to be a hero and save the beauty and in these storys thats every young man. though i may be wrong
