Eldeel (another reviewer) mentioned some pain points about this story that I can relate with after seeing 38 chapters. I don't know if the author is a new writer( I did not bother checking) but world building is not well-thought out. I was also hoping the MC would not be going through repeated suffering, but my not-so-high-expectations will be met. Also, the author the author's "smart" plans are retarded. Whether antagonist or MC. The way the author writes them like they're groundbreaking makes me laugh However, the story itself is not bad. Just, it's not something I like to read. It reminds me of the KR tropes where the MC set his sights sky high, and because of plot, he barely meets them when the time comes. And he's either on the brink of death afterwards, or he achieves it with one trick pony skills. Could also be both. I find these extremely annoying.
Don't curse someone to be dumb if you aren't any better. Saying 5000 million doesn't exist is worse than saying 5000 million
How old are you to not know they exist? It's the same as saying 12 hundred, 15 hundred, 17 hundred dollars. 1200, 1500, 1700.
Thought it as average as well. However I could feel the effort put in it. Although, that doesn't mean I am going to read a novel that doesn't match up to what I'm looking for
The author really did some bullshit with this story. It started off well, but the quality just fell. I couldn't see the previous depth of the characters anymore. Plus the MC has been painful to watch. Anyway, I am glad I haven't continued to waste my time. The author's thought process is funny. Thinking it was a good idea, putting harems of side characters and even R18 scenes!! What a dumbass. And there seems to be whole arcs with side characters, doing what? Nobody fucking cares about that unnecessary crap. Should've known when I saw 4000 chapters and still ongoing. If the author was like this, then no wonder the MC was fucking idiot!
I also think he is an idiot
Me too
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 LMAO!!!
This just became plain bad after around 100 chapters. The MC becoming one of those 'misery boys' finalized it. What I call a misery boy? An MC who is constantly in a position of suffering and misery. The author said they were venturing into a new genre, but old habits die hard. I can tell that whatever they were doing originally is full of this sh*t, without having to read any of the other works.
I read till chapter 44 and I had to drop this garbage. The MC has no personality. He has just been acting arrogantly from the start. He got even more arrogant the further I read. Any male character is an automatic bastard, Only fallen females are 'good' and all of them are helpless damsels in need of the MC to save them. Also the plot, it does not feels like we are moving toward anything, with the main character being the facilitator of that movement. The MC is passive, the plot just drags him along and make him act according to it (and we all know who is behind the plot) Most of all, is the fact that the MC is turning into one of those cringe chinese protagonists with hidden plans. He's going around and trying to defy everybody's expectations of him, even when there is no real reason to. But as I said, it is the plot that drags the MC, not the other way around. The idea was good, but the one behind it failed to measure up their idea. And with a story like this, how come all but one sing praises for an obvious low tier work?
