No, anything that levels up the [Levels] of the Guild are Tier 3 Blues. Basically, they are effects or items that supersede magic to achieve an effect. Like there the effect to "see the status of anyone who walks through his doors" or the [Limitless Communications Unit]. Currently, those are the only two things that Locki has gained through Tier 3 Blues.

Yeah I see your point, and I wanna say that I originally did have more, but I felt it didn’t add much to the current arc beyond giving Locki a headache. It was more of a reveal to show the similarities and differences between the current and future Locki. In the end, I just wanted to post something since it had been so long. Do you have any suggestions to make it better?

Fair, I think I can see your concerns. Do you have any suggestions if I do decide to throw Locki into the past as Ghost? Or should I scrap that idea entirely?

Nope, there’s only Locki with any system. Everything not related to Fairy Tail is, of course, his fault.

I don’t think its much of a spoiler to explain this since it is not some big reveal. Its more of the first one. I won’t say how or why he does, but think of everything as a contained loop where Locki influenced himself to be well… himself.

I mean, I completely agree. Locki does not treasure things easily, and he has no idea what it is. I'm trying to show that even if he changes in some ways, he still has flaws and makes mistakes. Besides, Gyutaro with a Shikai or Bankai is cool.

Because Locki is 18 here.
