Let me Guess, in the next chapter MC wakes up feeling merciful and everything is Forgiven and Forgotten. This whole Romance is pointless considering you plan to pair MC with Tory anyway, she would have served better as MC's Best friend or Friend with benefits or something like that. This Story has potential but it's being damaged by your poorly written Romance and Characters acting without thinking very hard or at all.
