Yeah, that's part of why it'll take so long for the plans to come to fruition. If there aren't already cities in a location, there's probably a good reason for it, lol.
The White Zone was generally a good place to live, aside from the enormous overpopulation problem. There were huge initiatives to start new cities in the middle of the vast wildernesses of Alaska, Texas, and parts of Canada, but these were many years from coming to fruition. Lots of existing European sports cars already exist in North America, so they've probably become even more expensive. There are also a few North American and South American sports car manufacturers. Maybe they'll become more important in this new world without their European competitors!
