It’s a bit weird, I admit, but that’s what happened in the comics. I’m just staying faithful to that for the moment.

Technically, what Six Eyes gives is efficiency. It doesn't give him perfect control, it just allows him to do everything with minimum amount of energy. Control is less about how much energy you use and more about how complex you can use the energy? I think.
Those being Shoko, Yuta, and Sukuna. Not even the strongest sorcerer of the modern era, Gojo Satoru, could heal someone else with his RCT.
