He has to refer various [Teleportation] Magic and [Space] Magic to develop it. This also gave him the idea of creating a Pocket space as his [Storage] Skill. He had storage seal which he developed with the help of [Space] Magic and Magic runes. The time between the devil civil war and the start of the canon is 500 years as per anime. Rias is 18 years old when the canon started. MC was born 218 years before the Canon starts
And finally, I was able to find out in which timeline I'm currently living. It is 300 years after the devil civil war. 289 be exact till now. That means I have about 211 years to get powerful. I will be 200 years old when Rias comes into the world. 201 for Issei. So, I have plenty of time for training and refining.
