Is the mc a parsletounge due to his gaunt lineage?

What wishes, he wasn’t given any. He was givin a random body and system, the MCs reaction to both proves that in the early chapters. As for the moving bit it wouldn’t make sense in his case, the layline they were at hid them from those looking for them and I’d assume being near the shadow nexus helped the mc develop his powers of shadow much quicker than normal so it would be a hindrance instead of a good thing to move from there.
