So many naive, childish comments. Even if you interpret this as propaganda, I still see nothing wrong with it. World politics are extremely brutal, especially for countries not aligned with the West. Proxy wars, assassination, CIA instigated civil wars, economic warfare, etc. If countries like China were as easy-going and carefree as you Westerners, they would be carved up and dominated. Btw, ALL countries propagandize their citizens, get over it.

Authors need to be humble enough to admit that they aren't smart enough to write mathematics/science/tech skills, especially proficiency panel STEM skills.
