agreed HEAT is an anti-armor munition, not an anti-personal munition.

honestly, use the system to repair the JLTV an/or buy an engineer to repair it along with two or three infantry, a medic, and a sniper for a basic and balanced starter squad composition.

the system abilities do seem to be pretty inconsistent...

find a mechanic or machine shop and weld some armor on that beast he should especially weld some iron bars and/or chain link fencing over the windows to prevent them from being broken into.

get one of the universal suppressors that works on both 7.62 and 5.56 barrels.
