now that i re-read this, what Sean essentially do is the same as what Dr.Manhattan did before “New 52” (if i’m not wrongly remember) the difference is what Dr.Manhattan did is the Experiment of The Butterfly Effect (He’s a Scientist which told us never give a Scientist a Reality Warping Power and Molecur Manipulation) and What Sean did is to apply essentially “Mod” to The Reality of DC
