It's a fun twist in the system and a gatcha cheat but the cheat is spaced out enough to where it doesn't feel like he's the world's strongest without trying. The only reason i ranked this at 3 stars would be with 136 chapters in, the synopsis mentioned harem and we haven't seen even romance since the academy. I will probably re-evaluate once the romance starts again but I'm not optimistic.

it's a good read and i like this take on a system. the MC doesn't strike me as someone brain dead like you tend to find in stories similar to this. Having said that past chapter 30, the author definitely needs an editor. Names are missing letters, grammatical errors that force you to mentally substitute the word out, and it disrupts the overall flow. Kael selecting his squad should have been fun but was ruined by grammar issues. Adrian/Adria for the protagonist was particularly annoying. it's overall a fun read but not one that i would advise spending coins on.

it is probably the most Chinese novel to ever Chinese. we'll ignore the sister in law who plays with then eats ants. MC has an uncle who tries to bribe a bully with 50 cents. Then is told to scram if he can't produce 500 cents. if you like face-slapping, barely fleshed out characters then this novel is for you.
