If I were to add romance at some point towards the end of the story, I'd have Sakura being in a yuri relationship with Karin, with Sasuke on the side taking care of providing DNA to revive the Uchiha clan. What do you lads think?
By popular demand, Inner Sakura will go back to being obedient and Sakura will regain her Genjutsu when Itachi comes to say hi. And in other news, a certain member of the Konoha 12 has gone missing...
In general, I like stories where the main character isn't ridiculously overpowered from the start; the progressive growth is much more satisfying, in my opinion. However, I also know that readers hate it when characters are nerfed, and since I'm writing this story for fun, I would hate it for anyone to get frustrated. So, should I keep going with this plot point, or should the Inner Sakura problem be solved as soon as possible? Let me know how you feel!
it gets worse :)
delicious
correct, though I read a translation
The entire premise of this story is that Sakura has to survive in the ninja world with a useless System lol
For example, calling the Ninja World's planet by the appellation "star," or "hoshi," which is usually reserved for non-Earth celestial bodies, because from Sakura's POV, she's still kind of an Earthling. A few other examples I can remember: using the term "Nagoya schoolgirl" as an equivalent for the American "valley girl." Or using the Japanese expressions more literally, like "grabbing X by the tail," which means catching X out on something.
This is a completely original creation of mine. But since I have some experience as a JP translator, I've been inserting a few Japanese idioms and turns of phrases here and there to make it more authentic, and to lessen the "western fanfic cringe" aspect. Because there's nothing I hate more than a fanfic where the dialogue doesn't fit the original work's world!
For that I'd need to have already written advance chapters... But I've already got a Patreon for my translation work, so I suppose I might as well open that if I can get a good stockpile of chapters going.
