    it is so beautiful history 😍😍Over the past few years, I’ve come to realize there are several relationship habits that are considered normal when, in fact, they’re extremely unhealthy. I believe most of these habits come from movies, books, and TV shows that portray love as this all-or-nothing, all-consuming thing. Dream relationshipsare never depicted as stable or fulfilling; instead, they’re depicted as dramatic, rocky, and overemotional. In most movies, the ideal couple always goes through fights, jealousy scenes, and even cheating. They break up and they get back together because one of them finally has an epiphany and makes every possible effort to reunite. This creates toxic expectations about love and relationships, as it leads us to believe this behavior is normal. Well, it’s not normal and it’s certainly not healthy. Real, strong, true love is not about instability and grand gestures. It’s about sharing our life with someone who adores us and respects us for who we truly are. It’s about mutual effort, acceptance, and understanding. Of course, there are challenges, but they’re dealt with in a relatively calm, secure way. There’s no drama involved.
