Cynthia Cress is the main lead and also the character who is reborn. the similarities between the female lead and the male lead is that they both are a child on whom experiments were conducted. the season two is about to end soon and I guess the female lead will get her revenge I this season... maybe, not sure about it but until now she is trying to save her parents who are kidnapped by the main villainess. It's exciting and twisting story.
