I would imagine a really persistent person could program something simple within raw binary assuming that the opcodes needed are documented. I have no idea how well amd and intel do that these days.

Of course it is. Everything (except certain languages) gets compiled down to binary and it will be moved and stored as binary. I am guessing that the the author was implying that it doesn’t follow the patterns you find in code like c-abi calls.

Fair enough. I am not the biggest into marvel and I have been starting DC but I had figured that generally magneto had easily enough power to surplus a simple coil gun technique even if it wasn’t destroy the world type power.
