Ah yes, but in regards to that there a specific "Paid Leave" task, which is why he got free daily points. Otherwise he'd need to complete tasks. And yes as you said at higher ranks the missions would typically just be to guard a region. He had similar missions in Stork Town which I didn't go into too much detail about where he simply patrolled.

I am gonna be real, this fanfiction ain't that deep. I was wondering where the plot could go and came up with this, if I had to give an in world explanation as to why not cp, I mean, Polink is a bit below their pay grade. They probably have better things to do.

He doesn't get daily merits just for existing, he had daily missions, he isn't getting daily merits now since he doesn't have daily missions.

It was just a joke not that serious. Also compared to other fanfic protagonists its pretty clear Rak is quite weak.

A bit late but he gave his name indirectly. His servants called him young master Nan, and obviously since they're in the Chen Clan, Chen Nan, so its not weird that he knows even if we dismiss the system.

I get what you mean, but still I think the Ink fruit falls nicely into the category of paramecia. You can just call him an Ink Ink Man if that makes it easier for you.
