I haven't finished this book however it's an amazing masterpiece still finishing reading it but it's an assassin Novel without the main character being an edgelordthe characters seem real and natural and conflict seems to flow very well amazing scenes

It was a good plan, but the shocks were not over as the moment the dining area was plunged into darkness, Azrael seemed to vanish. Meddling into the dark as he became one with it. Emilia gasped, even her mother had to narrow her eyes as she moved closer to Emilia, gripping her daughter's hand with purpose as she dragged her back into the living room.

grammar issue are there official names you could remove the period and go or their official names

She pushed through the pain and set the shower at full blast to pour over her brother. Steam filled the bathroom almost immediately, his body sizzling in anger as the surrounding lights seemed to darken. Emilia moved her eyes to bulbs, and realized that they were still shining brightly, yet for some reason it seemed as if darkness was encroaching. Shadows were getting longer and more pronounced, and they moved as if alive. She shifted her gaze to Azrael. By this point, he had his eyes tightly shut as he tried to catch his breath from the assault the deluge of shower water gave him. Emilia frowned. She could see that he was still burning up. She wasted no time tapping into her source one more, as her gauntlet started glowing, a copious amount of icy fog spread out from her hands as she finally decided to cast a spell.
