Avatar: The Fire Demon

A man cursed and exiled from his village while still a child. His father, slaughtered before his very eyes, his mother and sister raped before meeting the same fate. He walks the road to the capital of the Fire Nation, and when he is on the brink of collapse is rescued by another. Now he must get vengeance on the village that killed his family and exiled him from his home, before rising up through the world and reaching the apex, even above the Avatar. “Old man, last night I had a very odd dream.” -I did not create the cover. -This is my second fanfic, and the uploads will probably be inconsistent until I finish my first one, check that one out if you want to. -I intend to have good grammar and story telling. -It has been years since I watched ATLA, so cut me some slack if I get some facts wrong. -Enjoy! :p

I Am An Immortal

No matter what the format, a story is always a story. Be it a book, movie, or show they all have many similarities. On a broader spectrum, there must always be some sort of 'main character' which the story follows, even if only for a brief period. There must also be some sort of drama or climax to the story in which everything comes to an end afterwards. If you were to break it down more however, to different genre's, you would find more similarities. For instance, this story is mainly an action-type story. Stories like these require a usually strong-willed type person to be the 'main character' that we follow. On top of this, they always need an enemy or antagonist who's main or end goal that in some way conflicts with the protagonists' morals. Some common goals are things such as wealth, fame, power, or immortality. Most of these things seem reasonable when human greed is taken into account, however one remains that is truly moronic. Immortality, though in the short term seems great, is more a burden than a gift. After all, why should you lust after something that only brings sorrow and loneliness to whoever possesses it? This is a story following the life an immortal, and his struggles with living forever. Enjoy! First World- Akame Ga Kill Second World- Work In Progress
