Yeah but it won’t be displayed or upgrade when the limit is reached cause the magic stats only shows up when a person aquires falna based magic, at least according to my knowledge.

The future level ups, will be short and precise. Only doing this for their first level up. Maybe a bit longer for Draco sometimes.

Dungeon diving is all about grinding and repetition. The deeper floors means fighting hordes of monster and is not necessarily tied to individual monsters strength. This is why the progression is slow even with familia's that have multiple high ranked adventurers. So the buff provided by hunter becomes a lot more apparent in deeper floors, there is a reason it is rare and can only be gotten at level 2.
