I am still undecided about 98 or 99. For sure he is more powerful than a regular eternal, but not at devil's level. Anyway, I will put his level in the story during his main (final?) confrontation.

Actually, I'm using the superior acceleration as a base for measuring the time this all is happening, but now after rereading it. I suppose it should be a bit more than that. Playing with time is truly complicated lol Xp
