Hp. Lovecraft: A rebellion against creation
After hundreds of years of wandering space time and being trapped in an abhorrent alien body, Randolph Carter finally manages to return to a pivotal point in his history. The end of his dreamquest to unknown kaddath. With the silver key in hand and knowledge of what would become his history, will he once again jump off his shantak-bird or choose a different path?
------------------------------------------------------
Randolph Carter is a recurring character in the Hp. Lovechraft mythos. He stands apart as pretty much the only character that, in stories of humans getting mindbroken and amounting to nothing but specks of dust in the grand scheme of things, can be considered to be "powerful" by himself and have achieved great things. Especially in his dream quest to unknown kaddath.
I will summarize Randolf Carters story very briefly in the first chapter but i still recommend reading lovecrafts stories about him. Especially the dream quest to unknown kaddath, as it is imo one of the most unique and interesting stories in the lovecraft mythos.
(Also some stuff will be different from the original. Consider this story more inspired by/based on the lovecraft mythos)
