If he were to max out this stat(or whatever speed is under) wouldn’t he become Sans but unable to lose stamina? If I was ever in this situation I know what I’d be going for. This and ho regen are the only things needed if you can damage someone based on their sins/max hp percentage.

Well Mephistopheles was about even with Zarathos, the same Zarathos that almost destroyed the universe in many instances without really trying to. In fact their fight almost accidentally destroyed their universe aswell. But Mephistopheles isn’t really a fighter, he’s a deal maker, so while he is weaker than Dormammu, he is by no means easy to beat, especially if he uses his deals and favors gained throughout the years to his advantage.

The thing is, The One Above All and the Presence are two different entities with their own creations, and together they created the DcMarvel Omniverse, but none of their creations fused together, meaning Lady Death and Death The Endless would be able to exist at the same time. It just depends on if the two multiverse creators decide to fuse the two or not.

Outside of his dimension he’s kinda weak. But just like Dormammu, you don’t want to go in his dimension, you will be enslaved or killed instantly, if not you’d be forced into a deal.
