A lot of nobles' last names would just be where they're from. Von in German, de in Frenh and Italian, or just 'of' in English were all used in place of last names for nobles. Catherine de Medici meant Catherine of the Medici family, for example. Commoners usually wouldn't have last names, though in some places they would be referred to based on their profession like the common last name Smith or their parents like Leif Erikson being the son of Erik the Red, who didn't have a last name.

He only gets to choose one of them to do. So if he chooses to just escape the cell, then he can do that and get the rewards. If he chooses to kill a prison guard, he has to escape the cell AND kill a guard for the reward.
This story could be pretty good if the author got someone to proofread it. As it is right now, it's borderline unreadable with repeated spelling/grammar mistakes that show the author doesn't have the ability to write a good webnovel. The whole system is poorly explained through chapter 50, which is roughly where I stopped reading.

This guy's speaking facts tho. Why trust someone who could just as likely be cocky without then telling you the details of what they supposedly know?
