Can you clarify my doubts? 9 years have passed and he has had military training, developed his network, and many other things that will be elaborated upon, however, his writing still makes it seem like he will never overcome his identity as Mark. His capabilities as Jason are system-dependent, which makes it seem like he didn't develop or learn anything while serving the government, as Mark is something of a jack of all trades.
