Most of the people that we see interact with him are people he's known since he was a dreamer, or awakened. I'm sure he would prefer them not to change how they call him just cause he leveled up. The rest of the world thinks the Lord of Shadows is dead, so... I don't know if there is much opportunity for people to be reverent to him as a sovereign. 🤷‍♂️
