This is just as devastating as fully charged Gravestone. Also, conditionally more chaotic if used with or without the bow. The amplified form of this on that bow = Apocalypse. For quick burst + damage + single target + AoE, there is no better choice for now in this urgent situation.

Honestly, this would have been the best choice if not for its charge requirement. Its the most devastating when its offense skill combos are taken into consideration.
