There are over 200 Valyrian steel swords in Westeros alone. This does not include daggers, polearms, axes, shields or armour. Nor does it include Valyrian steel jewellery and artifacts that can be reforged into weapons. If they were included then the number of Valyrian steel weapons across the world would be several thousand.
