I can't tell if this is a translated work or not, but the writing quality is all over the place. The start is very poorly scripted, and does a poor job of establishing the protagonist in a way that paint a clear picture is appearance. The first villanous act is also rather poorly done, even if it is a take on The Dark Knight's Joker ship social experiment scene. while the idea is sound the execution is terrible. the thing is just put together right away without any kind of buildup, Who are the goons he hired as instigators? how did he acquire the explosives? HOW THE FU*K DID HE AQUIRE ACCESS TO STATE BROADCASTING STATIONS!? There's so many plot holes that it's genuinely painful for me to try and piece together. All in all, i would personally recommend you read something else.

Well, when you go to a bank and trade one currency for another you normally pay for services rented. Currency speculation is when you buy a currency hoping it increases in value versus the money you initially traded with. from what i understand from the thread below i think he was asking if he could not use he's own trade system for currency exchange rather than a method for obtaining more.

Right, so far i've been able to go through this fic with only a handful of instances of irking, otherwise this fiction is serviceable enough.

Honestly, in the universe of superheroes everything is true and nothing is right. the only thing that truly matters is if the rules and limitations apply correctly. for every 'thing' there needs to be a 'counter thing'. So im going into this with a mostly blank sheet of expectations.

The giant faction had only really been mentioned in passing. i'd guess this was done to incorporate a lose plot thread, regardless of how flimsy the circumstance is.

This has been a ride and a half. Your ability in this fic to improvise scenarios that feel thematically appropriate to the various characters while also taking cues from comment suggestions has made this fiction a joy to read through the years.
