The thing I see them fail to consider again and again is how their foundation will react. If they log the process of moving each and every piece of him and can recreate most of the raw data saved in his brain and implant, then there really isn't a good way to keep his many secrets other than moving all of his core and secretive memories into his soul itself and making that into an information fortress.
