because of the political situation of the human universe it's normal that they don't see that much action(when the cignus are the main political actors) other than meeting hostile border patrol from small nation. Anyway they can't take too many risk with alliance guests onboard. and I think it's starting to ramp up. we're getting two chapters a day anyway. I don't know other authors that do that, so I wouldn't be asking for more.
