I think you are asking is Tsubaki is a girl? if you are, the answer is yes physically. Her vision of gender is pretty messy. Specially after her reincarnation, it will be later explained in future chapters. But I can tell you that she doesn't care if people see her as a girl or boy, she simply doesn't give a ****. It's ok, my character actually doesn't think much as a she or he anyways. The terms that will identify her will be feminine, but soon you will find out what a mess her sense of self will become.
