Hi! I'm not very familiar with soldiers, so I made the (probably incorrect) assumption that when faced with something terrifying and completely unscientific, even hardened soldiers would feel some fear. Had they been from a world where some sort of monsters exist (even without magic), I would have definitely handled that differently. It will take some research, but I'll pay more attention to how trained soldiers and the like react from now on, thank you. :>
