Honestly Michael should put investigating the Sacred Desert as one of his last objectives. Why dig into the cause of his brother’s murder when his brother’s life and death is still in the air? All his focus should be on saving his brother. Once all hope is lost, then he should get into the whole undead business and get some sweet revenge
