I never said bakugo wouldn't pursue the dream, never said he wouldn't and sure if the exam was a linear one sure but it's a battle exam movement he would require would be extremely clunky and unwieldy giving the range of motion available. i don't need to see an army March into Russia to know that's a dumb idea and it's outcome.
