That's true. Robots could go places humans can't. If the environment is unbreathable for humans, no problem. Send the MCU Ultrons. They got it. You'll be able to collect data without being there. If the radiation levels are too high for humans to handle being there too long even with the suits and equipment, no problem. Send in the MCU visions. Make them radiation proof. The robots should be able to handle things better.
Why would it take years, well he would make it take years since the Top brass wants to act paranoid and stop the Human race from advancing their technology in the robotics field. That you said not all governments do it means that some governments do infact do it. Also you must not forget the saying. A person is smart but people are dumb. This holds true for groups. So people can make pretty stupid/dumb decisions. You underestimate what some people are willing to do to keep power, prestige and image. Especially if they're politicians.

Nah, Guy was too fast. Madara barely had time to do jutsu. And as for the truth seeking balls, they were teleported away by the fourth Hokage during the battle. Call it what it is. Lots of things contribute to a fight and speed is a big factor. Barely giving opponents time to rest, relax, plan, counter etc. Guy would have won if Madara didn't have plot on his side and a hax regeneration.
{Not a single person considered Guy strong when he said he was stronger than Kakashi in the Chunnin exams. But he was the only person except Hashirama who came close to killing Madara Uchiha. Yeah. The whole story was built on his techniques. Without them, the fourth Hokage and Naruto would not have gotten far (actually, I doubt this. Naruto learnt shadow clone jutsu very fast and it's a kinjutsu for a reason. He also mastered senjutsu in less than a month. And completed the rasengan (even though that was with the help of clones), it shows his talent) Edo Tensei also played a big part in the show (from Naruto's forgotten filler friend who could control the elements to the dead Hokage to the unwilling enemies in the war)
As for Ryan, he couldn't help but think about the future. Without Tobirama's forbidden techniques, where would the story of the Hokage Ninja be? At least Tobirama's techniques provided material for 300 more episodes. - Pedro_Padre2dComentado por
